Here it is FRiend ... Read the Truth and Weep ... Only obama is authorized to order a Stand Down order. All three (obama, hillary, valerie) wanted our Heroes to Die, no doubt, though only obama has the authority to issue the order of Stand Down. obama issued the order or he delegated the order of Stand Down to hillary or valerie!
