Debka spun some propaganda last week saying Bibi was putting the Palestinian thing to a popular vote in a referendum.
Most of Israel is dovish now so they will support it, but the 30 percent who support settlement in Judaea and Samaria won’t.
Bibi is looking for cover to participate in that cave-in based on the Debka report.
The other question on the table is how will Iran be dealt with and what will the outcome of that be.
