Monticello man skinned, baked pet cat in oven, planned to serve with onions That's disgusting and in poor taste.
He should know that onions are much too strong and will over power the delicate flavor of the meat.
Shallots would be a much more suitable accompaniment.

Cfrom what I read, he will beat this. There is no evidence of animal cruelty or torture as long as the cat was dead before he began the preparation.
