President Barack Obama predicts Congress will be busy this year debating a renewal of jobless benefits for the long-term unemployed and an immigration overhaul. But he says he wants his Cabinet also to focus on executive actions that don’t require legislation.
“We are not just going to be waiting for legislation in order to make sure that we are providing Americans the kind of help that they need. I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone,” Obama said.
Obama continued: ”And I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward in helping to make sure our kids are getting the best

Sure, he’s got a “pen,” possibly a pencil, between his legs and a phone for long distance phone h0m0sex.
Did anybody see the part in Gates’ book where Bambi apparently told the generals “this is an order” over something he wanted done? Biden was there too and said something to the effect of “he’s ordering you (th generals) to do this.” Gates writes that they were all stunned; not even. Nixon had thought he was giving direct orders. The generals should have gotten up right then and ripped their bars off and resigned. Gates says at some point that many of them were concerned about the troops and put up with is dictatorial behavior for that reason.
