Any president can remove all prior Executive Orders.
But, with executive orders Obama could (theoretically) prevent another president from occupying the White House. This is especially true if no one has the gonads to challenge his executive orders.
Remove his? Sure. Then we get to make our own. Let’s play with that magic wand for a minute before we break it.
However, I did read some mainstream media article a moment ago that made it clear that Obama has yet to issue executive orders with the reckless abandon of GW Bush.
