They must be inbreeding the hyrids. Because the last few that have occupied the whitehouse have not exactly screamed “advanced technology race”, if you know what I mean.
And the Female versions have obviously been bred by beings who have no idea of what a human female looks like.

Yep, they gotta do a lot more beta testing before releasing the finished product. And the women? They should subcontract that out to geeky human male scientists. those guys would get it right!
