Typical M*sshole...he’s a loser in his home state, so he skips up to soviet Red Hampshire to establish his political kingdom. They do this at the local level, as well...check many of your small Red Hampshire towns...police chief, board of selectmen, road agents, State Representatives...M*ssholes or New Yorkers, nine times out of ten.
