Are there meaningful Congressional checks on his actions? No.
Are there meaningful Supreme Court checks on his actions? No.
Are there meaningful press checks on his actions? No.
Boehner will cry in front of some cameras. And then Obama will get what he wants. But on the bright side, we all can say that we are living in the world's largest banana republic.
