I think it is (yet another) poorly written article. I'd bet that the homo mayor was feeling homo tendencies for 25 years. He finally decided to act on them by abusing police powers, kidnapping, drugging, and holding someone hostage at gunpoint. His victim just happened to be someone he'd noticed a few years back and started developing a (twisted and 'effed up IMHO) thing for...

But hey, let's all be accepting and tolerant... NOT! These people (both homo and liberal) are, as a demographic group, not well adjusted. They seem to be (ie. empirical evidence) prone to snapping and acting out, often in violent ways. Really, don't trust any of them.
