Quinn and Rose are off the air, (temporarily, I hope!) Gone, but DEFINITELY not forgotten! Meanwhile, our friendly group of dedicated FReeper Q&R fans will meet in our usual spot - same time, same station - as we always have! I walked into the Walmart in Robinson this morning, and saw a sign that EBT cards are down statewide. I hope this doesn’t cause chaos like the last time.

Did you see the one the other day in which he said there are only 4-1/2 months left of his non-compete? I guess he’s planning his comeback.
Wherever he and Rose land is where I’ll be. I can’t handle the other morning morons. My IQ drops ten points by the time I get to work if I listen to them, and I can’t afford that!
Morning everyone! Thanks! I’m glad his regular visit with the doc at shadyside is now. It will be interesting to hear what he’s got to say. I’m driving to PIttsburgh. The roads from Indiana to Kittanning are all hills and curves. I hate driving it. But Mr S is just too tired. We will stop at Olive Garden on the way back (got a gift certificate for Christmas!) and a stop at Sam’s Club. Son and wife will both be at work, but we might stop by and drop off some macarons I just made.
The comment Quinn made about the 4 1/2 months non-compete is encouraging.
I saw that and he got into a tiny scuffle w/some warmingistas yesterday too!
Speakng of weather...I have been following Joe Bastardi forever.. And he has another “polar vortex” cold wx pattern starting end of next week thru beginning of February. His mapping and models see it lasting LONGER than last weeks. I’ve RT’d his comments...but he is putting the warning “out there” away from his paid for forecast/members only Weatherbelle site because he WANTS govt agencies/citizens/school districts TO PREP. He made a fascinating comparison to a major hurricane (economic impact/fuel availability wise) with these Arctic cold spells.

I saw the weather map from Joe’s Twitter feed, but I haven’t been able to find his actual written forecast. I hope he’s wrong about PVII.

Yes, I saw the twitter scuffle too & reminded the idiots that plants need CO2 and that they create oxygen in return. Basic biology & God’s perfect creation.
I’ve got to get my Mom on Twitter,even if Quinn is the only person she follows. She misses Q&R so much. She’s pretty computer savvy, so I told her about this thread & about this website. :)
I really enjoy reading everyone’s thoughts here.
