That’s the problem. Lazy scumbags like this coach think they are suing an insurance company but they aren’t. The boy is named in the complaint, which probably scares the hell out of him. If the claim is denied, the family 8s liable (and I dont see how this type of claim is covered by any type of family insurance). Unless suing the boy is necessay to claim against the little League insurance but I didn’t get that from the article.
