MOUNTAIN LAKES — Gov. Chris Christie, facing the biggest scandal of his political career, was still a big draw at a fundraiser tonight to retire the campaign debt of former Republican U.S. Senate candidate Steve Lonegan.

When I first read GWB in the headline, I was momentarily transported back in time when all I worried about was a GWB scandal (George W. Bush). I worry about so much more these days.
He’s probably trying to suck support from Lonegan followers and burnish his tarnished image with national conservatives.
Lonegan is active in Americans for Prosperity and HE should be the governor in Jersey not Christie.
I don’t want Christie impeached. He’s doing as good a job as possible back in Jersey, but I sure as hell don’t want him nominated to run for President.
I can’t POSSIBLY believe his closest staff members pulled off BridgeGate without his knowledge and consent. Its IMPOSSIBLE.
True, its just a tempest in a teapot compared with Obama and Hillary and their antics.
But it demonstrates a serious character flaw in this guy - a hot temper and a bull in a China shop attitude PLUS his deficits as a RINO.
Nonetheless, should he get the nomination, I will work for and support him. Even as a RINO, he is infinitely better than the America hatting Obama/Hillery axis. Another 4 years of those traitors in office we are finished - totally.
Think Nazis. How people react when they come forward. People are really afraid that the ideas will catch on. I’m afraid that as with the rats peoples memories are short. Eg: Holocost deniers.
Why is Lonegan accepting his help?
Christie is not damaged goods at all. The Obama media led campaign to do him in failed miserably. The real traitors are the Benghazi Democrats that idly stood by and let four American public sevants get murdered in cold blood by Obama’s buddies, al Qaeda & his beloved Muslim Brotherhood!!!
Traitors all: Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton, Leon Panetta, Susan Rice, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the entire Democrat Party!!! End of story!!!
