Could someone overlay or side by side the Red/Blue state map with that one? I’m guessing there would he a very strong correlation ...
It does not correlate at all. The crappy states are in both red and blue areas. Kentucky, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi are pretty disastrous with regards to how they are run....and poverty and horrid schools make them even worse.
