listened to the entire speech , while reading the entire transcript , word by word ( a few mistakes in the transcript ) almost nodded off a dozen times . Something about his voice , like a hypnotist.... Anyway , to me , it is important to know what he said . Now I know .

It really doesn't matter what the actual content of the speech is. I'd be willing to bet serious money that a full semantic analysis of the speech would indicate an actual content of zero.
The purpose of the speech is to allow the press and democrats (but I repeat myself) to deflect any new or old revelation about government spying. They'll just poiint to this speech, and say "he fixed it all, it's old news". Of course, that will be a lie, but that won't matter.
Hell, like I have said before. This basturd lies so damn good, his lips do not even have to move.
