So where do you put a criminal like that if he/she is to remain incarcerated? If you put him/her in a male prison, then she becomes everybody’s whore. If you put him/her in a women’s prison, then they will beat the crap out of him every day on a regular basis.

well, I will have to come up with a Plan B then

Solutions:
Execute him now. That would solve the problem once and for all.
Oops. Sorry. Forgot that this was in Massachusetts where the criminal has more rights than their victim.
Second solution (a cheap one). Put his or her sorry ass in solitary for the rest of their life. No transgender problems.
He/She can play with themselves and nobody will get hurt.
