Maybe it's time "WE",,,, as in "WE THE PEOPLE",,,, remember "WE THE PEOPLE" as stated in the PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION???? , demand that you take tests to be qualified to be representatives for us. Like I had to,,,, to be a crane operator,,,, according to YOUR I'm better than you attitude of course.
