SOCHI, Russia (AP) — Russian President Vladimir Putin says gays should feel welcome at the upcoming Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, but they must “leave the children in peace.”
Putin told volunteers Friday that gays visiting Sochi “can feel calm and at ease,” and vowed that there would be no discrimination at the games. But he emphasized that, according to a law banning homosexual “propaganda” among minors, gays cannot express their views on gay rights issues to anyone underage....

I think one of the reasons that FReepers show such man-love (pun intended) for Putin is that his stance on homosexuality is the only thing that separates the two. Obama aspires to be like Putin.
That is the elephant in the room that nobody wants to talk about these days. Even a casual glance at the data tells you something is pretty damned wrong in the gay community vis a vis pedophilia. When you have around 30%(last number I’ve seen)or so pedophilia cases committed by under 5% of the population, that is a clear clear indication of a predilection. Even the 5% estimate is generous to be honest, but granting that we’re talking 6 times the rate. That is positively predatory.
We can mad at the Catholic Church because priests molest boys, but we don’t dare mention the obvious, that it was a gay molesting a little boy.
We rage harshly at Penn State because Sandusky et al made a practice of homosexual pedophilia, but do the gays catch any flack? No.
Heck, I bet NAMBLA still regularly marches in Gay Pride parades, and nobody cares.

I'd hazard a guess that the vast majority of the Sodomite crowd were victims of a pedophile attack. It led to self-loathing, and mental illness, and eventually the victims become participants. One of my daughters is taking sociology in college now. It’s about families. Almost the entire book is about homosexuals. The book talks about Chaz Bono and Lady Gaga and minimizes normal families and puts Christians in a bad light. I am not surprised but I’m pretty mad.
So, you do not like Putin because he is not pro-Gay....
