Perhaps there are not enough Christians at the University of Wisconsin to protest.

I am an alumni. I stopped giving money to the UW long ago when they decided resident assistants could not lead Bible studies in the dorms. When the UW gives me a choice between supporting them or God, they lose ... every time.

I saw we all lodge a complaint that they removed the bible.

Gideon Bibles are placed FREE of charge to hotels, hospitals, doctor offices, etc.
I was in the Gideons for a while. That is what we did.

From what I can gather, atheists believe in God, they just don’t approve of the way He behaves.

Ridiculous. Take the book to the desk. They can't it burns if they touch it. Ask them I'm sure they think so.

We should grant these Atheist bigots equal time. Perhaps a bound copy of all 2,000 pages of an anti-Christian document they admire, such as the ObamaCare Act, would make them feel better.

Why doesn’t the university just let the atheists place their material in the guest rooms too...like Time Magazine or the PBS program guide.

wouldn’t it be amazing if libtards did something on a scale like this if a single Christian complained about something?

interesting.
when one libtard complaiuns about something to libtards in charge, they use the one complainer as justification to do what the complainer wants.
when most of the country is opposed to what the libtards in charge are doing, and say so, the libtards ignore the large majority, which also contains some of the libtards’ normal supporters.
the hypocrisy is fascinating.

...the Establishment Clause of the United States Constitution, which reads, Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. It is a fundamental principle of Establishment Clause jurisprudence that a government entity cannot promote, advance or otherwise endorse religion, the letter stated.
Uh, that second thing does not say what that first thing is saying.

An easier method is to ask God during your morning prayers to please bless everyone who shall enter your home and/or office today.

If I were Chancellor Cross, I would post a letter behind plexiglass in all guest rooms, appologising about having no religious texts available, such religions including (but not limited to) the Budhist, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Taoist, Satanist, Wiccan, Mormon, etc. faiths. The reason being that the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) forwarded to the university, a letter signed by Patrick C. Elliott, Staff Attorney, 'requesting' our immediate removal of Bibles 'from each guest room in the Lowel Centre, Pyle Center, and all other UW Extension guest facilities.', citing certain legal precedents that may or may not be applicable to this educational institution. The FFRF claims that 19% of Americans are non-religious (meaning 81% are religious) and that 27% of Americans are non-Christian (meaning that 83% are Christian) and that they are alienated by observing a Bible in their guest room.
I would also include something along the lines of:
If you would like to comment on this issue, the FFRF's website is www.ffrf.org. The organisation's mailing address is: PO Box 750, Madison WI 53701. Their telephone and fax numbers are: (ph) 608-256-8900 (FAX) 608-204-0422. I am sure that Staff Attorney Elliott, President Emerita Anne Nicol Gaylor, Co-President Dan Barker or Co-President Annie Laurie Gaylor would be pleased to discuss their request with you. Of course, if you would like to discuss this with someone from UW, you may contact: luis.fernandez@uwex.edu
