I believe I read somewhere that the SecGen can not come from one of the five permanent Security Council nations. If that is in fact true, I would expect we can see an authentic Kenyan birth certificate sometime in late January/early February 2017. Either that, or the rule would just be ignored.

I was expecting this - may not happen straight away but his ego couldn’t couldn’t cope with a backward step to doing nothing.
