I’m more an iced tea fan myself (I make my own).

Same here. I went overboard though. I was making two quarts of iced tea at work. Very strong. I read that drinking diet Pepsi would give me kidney stones. After a year of drinking the tea I got a kidney stone. Ten cm long and 6 cm in diameter in my ureter. Two operations later I went back to diet Pepsi after I found out tea is high in oxalates. So is baby spinach. Two of my favorite things to have at work. Sigh.

I still drink tea - never coffee. Only one cup a day now.

Are you sure it was cm and not mm?? ;-)

Yes, you have to watch out for oxalates - especially if you are consuming a lot of calcium.
