Yes. It will be regrettable, but if it happens, society will do it because they don’t have the sense that anything is wrong to do so.

Critics claim that a controversial proposal in San Antonio could be the first step in banning Christian conservatives from holding public office. The city council has proposed an ordinance that disqualifies anyone who has ever “demonstrated a bias against a person based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.” The ordinance appears to include people who’ve spoken out about topics like gay marriage.

UPDATE, 2:43 pm: The non-discrimination ordinance passed 8-3 and goes into effect immediately. Although religious right organizations have promised to sue, the lopsided vote brings to a close what became an unexpectedly heated debate over a rather innocuous local measure that’s already on the books in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, El Paso and more than 170 other cities nationwide.

There are still Christians left?

I thought government drove them out into seedy back alleys with the smokers.

The Surgeon General has determined that traditional moral values are bad for society’s health.

You have a right to your beliefs, just keep them to yourselves(says our lib masters).

The events of the French Revolution show that liberalism is inherently anti-religious, that it will not tolerate any contention that the human being is a not the product of self-will. Hence we have judges who assert that there are no inherent differences between a man and a woman.

The ordinance is self-contradicting. It shows bias against those whose racial, religious, or sexual views are contrary to terms of the ordinance. It is , among other things, a religious test for office. Obviously it debars atheists.

Promiscuous sexual behavior is bad for one’s person health, which was one reason for the sodomy laws.

Male-male Promiscuous sexual behavior is the worst, very dangerous in fact by nature. Our tax dollars go to pay for HIV drugs for them.

Male-female Promiscuous sexual behavior is next in bad for health.

Female-female Promiscuous sexual behavior (which I assume is rare) is the least problematic of the above because there are few fluids exchanged.

It seems that sexual relations limited to the same sex is rare. Many(most?) so-called homosexuals are bi-sexuals.

That's fine for the first two on my list, but I bet very few lesbos have sex with gay men. Its not impossible but its more rare than most.

Being a lesbian is probably the safest, being a gay male is like playing Russian roulette.

This makes me wonder why so-cons don't call for making transmitted sexually transmitted diseases a crime as a way to try to get back some ground on the gay rights front.

This bypasses the minority civil rights arguments that lib use successfully by making them admit who transmits them.

The next move will be to the catacombs. After that a moving van will take them to the coliseum to be ripped apart by lions.

Did they remember to sneak in loopholes for Muslims, or will they just rely on the usual leftist hypocrisy of ignoring anything which doesn’t suit their various and contradictory agendas?

IMO, just as dangerous, if not more so, is the fact that the left has employed its completely successful tactic of infiltration of Christian churches in order to dominate and then rot the foundations from within. In this, they not only destroy the church like termites (as they’ve done now woth almost all American institutions), they also discredit in the eyes of unbelievers who nevertheless know instinctively that believers are supposed to be separate, live a different way. It’s bad enough that the carnal nature of real believers brings shame upon the body of believers, but now we have infiltrators whose sole purpose is to destroy any real truth and meaning in the separateness of believers from the world.

Although the sexual practices of lesbian women have limited potential for disease transmission (and zero potential for pregnancy), they tend not to be healthy people. There is a high incidence of drug use, alcoholism, obesity, and relationship violence. Lesbian orientation seems to be part of a package of psychological problems.
