Judicial Watch, True the Vote announce ‘historic’ victory in voter fraud fight

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch and voter fraud watchdog group True the Vote announced Friday they have reached an “historic settlement” in their lawsuit against election officials in Ohio.

The 2012 “Judicial Watch/True the Vote lawsuit charged Ohio election officials with failing to take reasonable steps to maintain clean voter registration lists as required by Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wrote in a press release.

The settlement – “the first of its kind in the history of the National Voter Registration Act” – was reached with the help of Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, which resulted in the state agreeing to take specific measures to ensure compliance with the Act.

According to Judicial Watch:

Under the terms of the settlement, which extend through November 2018, the State of Ohio specifically agreed to take or continue to take the following nine actions relating to voter roll list maintenance and NVRA compliance:

To participate in the State and Territorial Exchange of Vital Events (STEVE) to obtain out-of-state death information.

To participate in the Interstate Voter Registration Cross-Check program administered by the Kansas Secretary of State to identify registered voters who have moved out-of-state.

please check out the rest. Dems have been tirelessly nutting up the voter roles since Gore lost, probably much much longer. Can we get an honest election anymore? I don't think so

Don’t know how they’ll defend us from the hundreds of thousands of illegally filled-out ballots that are going to be spread all over the country. They have a big task considering that Wood County near Bowling Green had 148% of the eligible voters voting in 2012. Same problem in Cuyahoga County here in Cleveland where 108% of the voters voted. Do the math. And guess whom they voted for?

Much longer indeed. Mayor of Chicago delivered the vote to John Kennedy in 1960.

I think $h!tcago has always been at the center of this kind of thing, but I think the real export of it began with Bush-Gore.

And I’ve always suspected that Dewey really did defeat Truman in 1948 sans Democrat fraud.

There can only be one reason that so many Chicago Politicians go to prison. The size of the graft makes the risk seem small.

Cleveland is a mess! Just back from Dim Sum at Li Wah. Even in this cold, there were roving gangs of yutes on the side streets. I won’t park on a side street in Cleveland. If the restaurant lot is full, I go somewhere else. The wall of the building next to Li Wah’s parking lot has “OBAMA” painted in HUGE letters! It’s a city food bank, or something, building.

should filter up if more states make the effort. I read something awhile back where the Dems made a big push in getting as many state Secretary of State elected as possible. Why? the Sec of State certifies the vote. Since Dems don’t obey laws, thats the best person to have in your pocket for voting.
Keep in mind Dems push electronic voting. Why? Hackers are notoriously LIBERAL activist.

These two factors, for me at least, solidify my believe that we will NEVER have another honest election.

Same problem in Cuyahoga County here in Cleveland where 108% of the voters voted.

The story was originally about Wood county, see http://www.dispatch.com/content/stories/local/2012/11/18/voter-fraud-in-wood-county.html where Obama got 31596 votes from 108014 registered voters: http://www.co.wood.oh.us/boe/Election%20Results%20Final%20Unofficial.htm

In Cuyahoga county, Obama got 447,273 votes from 927,996 registered voters: http://boe.cuyahogacounty.us/pdf_boe/en-US/ElectionResults2012/Nov2012/amended/11062012FinalAmendedofficialResultsbyCategory.HTM

Last year we went to an Ethiopian restaurant near 55th and St. Clair. While we were in the restaurant, there were two different arrests of youts' just outside the front window of the restaurant.

Pathetic. I understand that the new casino downtown had to build a walk-across platform to keep casino patrons free of panhandlers and gangs of youts'. Ain't no reason to go downtown, especially with the knock-out games going on in broad daylight.

So, miss Romney yet? Voter fraud gave us King Obama the communists. And it will continue because under a almost dictatorship nothing will stop it.

Now if they can stop those secret ballot voting machines which record double the vote or more for one specific candidate when another or more candidates get a vote.

For those of you lucky enough to be getting a tax refund this spring, in addition to possibly donating to Tea Party primary candidates organizations such as True The Vote and Judicial Watch are doing yeoman work for us and are deserving of donations.
