The Pakistani govt. don`t want US drones to kill Pakistani villagers- The Pakistani Army would rather kill the villagers by themselves.These are complementary activities. We kill some; they kill some. The Pak government complains for the public's benefit, but continues to host our drone bases and hand to us target lists.
