As NewsBusters has been reporting for months, late night comics have been tearing the atrocious rollout of ObamaCare apart.
Conceivably the best job done to date was by ABCs Jimmy Kimmel who during his opening monologue Tuesday evening absolutely savaged the law whilst ridiculing the uninformed young people in this country that have ignorantly supported something that clearly harms them (video follows with transcript and commentary):
Oh. How brave and edgy of him, well after everyone knows it’s falling apart. Where were you about a year and a half ago?
IMHO, igniting a generational war over health care is a very bad idea indeed. If the younger generation (aka “the payers”) are shaken from their stupor, they might decide that the solution is to give granny a pill, rather than an operation. They’ll skip past “right-to-die”, and move right on to “duty-to-die”.
Lots of uninformed people will think this is just a joke, but it’s actually all very true. Obama and his jackasses don’t care, they’re just really trying to bust the system anyway.
If these people had a shred of economic sense and understood how government fouls up everything, they would have been fighting it when it was first proposed FIVE years ago.
There is nothing known now about obamaCare that I didn’t already know well before the election. If only these comedy puppets felt free enough to do any of this back then. They want to be popular first and foremost and they will put full yacht sails up on their fingers in the wind before they get controversial against democrats.
However I did not know we spent that much on penis pumps. Starting to wonder how many penis pumps are going to illegals.
I remember Kimmel. He was the unfunny half of “The Man Show”
“Well, Im sure that Jimmy Kimmel was on board with bringing us this clown years ago. Am I wrong? If so I dont recall him in the conservative camp.”
The young Hollywood types are realizing that they’ll never live like the old Hollywood types, as they get the bill for this nonsense...
