Federal ‘law’ may be that way but I happen to believe that law in the State of Florida should be Constitutional, even if Washington won’t observe that.
NO BUSH! As I would not vote for a Clinton, nor would I vote for a Bush. New people need to come forth. Ted Cruz—is unseasoned—but has the fire in the belly—Give him time and he may do well—How about electing him Gov. of Texas First? Mike Lee—same for him—lets see him Gov. of Utah. Jindal hasn’t done well as a Governor—and Huckabee’s a JOke. How about someone else? General Petraus—I can forgive his dallance. Perry of Texas? Sober him up and he may do well. Barber of Mississippi? Rand Paul? We have people—they need to come forth.
Actually Jeb’s biggest constituencies are his family and their political courtiers.
They won’t be permitted to win. The GOP is owned by anti-Palin/Cruz forces.

Does he support ObamaCare....I didn’t know that. Not that it makes any difference. He didn’t have the courage to defy a local judge with Terri Shiavo. You are right about that. I know GW supported open borders, but I haven’t yet heard Jeb’s take on it, but I’m pretty sure it would be the same. I heard Haley Barbour give a song and dance about controlling the border before anything else, but I know he doesn’t mean it.
That’s the GOP-E way.
