But just remember, last night all the Hollywood people patted themselves on the back for all they do to help mankind. And that’s not sarcasm. They really believe what they do is important.
Nephew-in-law has several small businesses set up as separate LLC’s - together they employ more than 50 minimum wage workers, but because they’re run separately, it turns out they don’t have to buy insurance for their employees - workers come to him expecting insurance, and he tells them to go to the exchanges “if they can get on” - after they check the exchanges, they come back complaining that what they find there is much too expensive for them to afford - he also says businessmen he knows are hoping for a raise in the minimum wage - says it will give them an excuse to raise their own prices some, blame it on the new legal requirement, and actually raise their own profit margin a bit - funny how that all works....

I have co-workers who are strident liberals, they cannot stand facts.
My job’s been providing health insurance for decades, so I’m not too worried about my hours being cut for reasons other than slow business. However, Obamacare’s new “rules” mean I won’t be able to sign up for the insurance until November of this year, and I started in September of last year. And of course, the health insurance I was already on got cancelled because of Obamacare.
Wonder how loud cries like this’ll get before Obama acknowledges them, and what his “solution” will be when he finally does.
Dear leader probably will as well if he ever bothers to answer the critics.
He doesn’t have to worry about re-election, the Supreme Court’s ruled the key part of Obamacare constitutional, and he’s made it clear he’s willing to act without Congressional approval, so I doubt the opinion of peons matters to him anymore.
