Once upon a time, we had a government. And it governed. It actually tried to take care of certain things. It adhered to the Constitution and upheld the social contract.
Now it's all about the power.
Govt these days is all about punishing the majority of law abiding for the criminal actions of a small minority of criminals. We are witnessing a govt that’s in the process of biting off way more than they could ever chew. It’s not going to end well.
But don’t worry, he really knows about all the other things he is writing laws about.
His mother should have stopped turning tricks by her second trimester. She obviously didn’t think about the health of her baby.
That assumes one could take out a ghost with just one round. Wouldn't bullets pass right through them?
de Leon's got more splainin to do..
He needs to be deported back to Mexico, but instead, he’s “shooting” to be Senate Pro Tem here in CA.
This idiot is smarter than those who continue to vote for him.
Not sure, really. I was just trying to follow Mr. DeLeon’s train of illogic.
He represents a large and growing number of uninformed liberal jackasses who are either too lazy or incapable of independent thought. Unfortunately, many of those people vote and that is how people like de Leon get elected.
Please see my post # 10.
Criminals are well represented in the White House, congress, the judiciary and the bureaucracy.
BTW, for the record, a “ghost gun” is just a spooky name invented by anti-gunners to describe guns that are difficult to detect using metal detectors, etc.:
“He represents a large and growing number of uninformed liberal jackasses who are either too lazy or incapable of independent thought. “
Well we are now in our “Hispanic Phase” as a state. It’s following the “Black Phase” (more commonly referred to as the Willie Brown/ Mervyn Dymally Phase” ) which is now thankfully over. This guy DeLeon doesn’t appear to have two brain cells to rub together. This last legislative session, I was surprised that Brown pretty much vetoed the few gun bills this jerk put in the hopper that actually made it out of committee and got voted on. Imagine Jerry Brown is now a “moderate.” I guess being married to a “man” will do that to you.
Judging by this guy it doesn't even have to be a sentence.
He is obviously related to Diana DeGette!
Pro Tem what? Did the Official Idiot spot there open up again?
He needs to brush up on his math too. 30 somethings fired in half a second comes out to 3,600 somethings a minute. Even if he was talking about rounds fired that would be in the range of a minigun, not a submachine gun.
“Govt these days is all about punishing the majority of law abiding for the criminal actions of a small minority of criminals.”
Actually, that is what they are doing, but it is not what it is all about. It is all about disarming the populace in order to usher in tyranny.
Anyone got a pic of Murry and Aykroyd is their Ghost Busters getup?
People like De Leon got elected because people like you supported a RINO like Schwarzeneger when they had the chance to support Tom McClintock. When the RINO implemented policies that manufactured more liberals, many conservatives fled the State leaving it firmly under the control of the very people you feared.
As I recall, even the proprietor of this forum urged all California members to vote for Schwarzenegger as it was our only chance of defeating Bustamante.
McClintock was a better man but he stood little chance of winning the race. Only an idiot wouldn't recognize that. But there was/is no shortage of them as you have proven yet again today.
If every conservative who had preferred McClintock voted his preference, he would have won, as late polling showed more than once. An unrepentant fool you remain, herded along like stupid sheep bleating "he can win."
In your fantasy world comments like, "If every conservative who had preferred McClintock voted his preference, he would have won" somehow have meaning. But it remains a fact, and one that your moronic suggestions ten years later cannot change, the man received only 13% of the vote. If I and every other FReeper had voted for him he still would have only received 13% of the vote. Peerhaps you should blame him for not appealing to more voters. After all, I wasn't the reason he couldn't pull in that other 87%.
In your earlier post you said, "People like you". I am happy to be "people like me" as doing so puts me in the company of the owner of this forum. If that displeases you, good. You are a fringe kook with little understanding of the reality of politics. Jim got it. So did I.
Have a nice day.
Terminate Gray Davis! Terminate Cruz Bustamante! And terminate the idiot Democrat Party and their complicit partners in crime, the Los Angeles Times, et al!
Vote Yes on Recall and vote Yes for the Terminator!!~Jim Robinson
Feel like an idiot yet? Of course not, you're not bright enough to realize that you should. So be it.
