The Muzzies may be on to something: When they want to reinforce the notion that when something belongs to them, they install trash cans. I support this idea.

Nowhere I’ve been in the Islamic world did anyone know what they were for, and the few times any European visitors used them, no one emptied them.
So much for that “third holiest site in Islam” crap. To them, it’s just a trash dump.
