Barbara Bush has spent recent weeks in the hospital for breathing difficulties. But before that the former First Lady granted a long interview to the calm cameras of C-SPAN for its revealing two-year series of profiles on the nation's first ladies.

Nothing new. We have known this since he became her son. You normally love all your children right?

The Bushes seem too love people that trash them and the jobs they do in public over and over. I just don’t get it. It almost just makes them seem simple-minded.

I guess she is trying to get Hillary elected. She doesn't seem to want Jeb to run.

I guess Bill is her favorite son.

Inability to recognize the Enemy.
The Bush family REALLY believes that if you are nice to them, you must LIKE them.

The Clinton’s have been using the Bush family for their own gains and they still don’t know it.

There are plenty of people to praise that would help this country. She is helping Hillary and she knows it. I don't think it is the Christian thing to do to help get Hillary elected.

She sure didn't mind being rude to Sarah Palin, telling her to go back to Alaska.

You’re right, this clearly isn’t normal behavior.

The Clinton’s 1st make the claim their son stole an election then the Clintons make the claim their son orchestrated the 9/11 attack.

A normal person wouldn’t “love” someone that had done that to your son.

A normal person wouldn’t even be seen associating with someone that had done that to your son.

The strangest part is it’s not just Babs, it’s all the Bushes.

I don’t recall Barbara Bush saying the same thing, or anything remotely similar, about Ronald Reagan. Of course, he only rescued the family from political oblivion (the Senior Bush couldn’t even win a Senate race in Red Texas and his only elective office prior to the VP had been as a congressman in a safe R district), and but for her husband and son running as Reagan redux, neither would never have been elected president (of course, governing to the pleasure of the Eastern Establishment negated this the second they respectively won election). I DO remember Barbara Bush directly and without class criticizing Nancy Reagan on the day her husband was inaugurated and I remember her husband trashing the Vietnam War veterans during his inauguration speech (some crap about a statute of limitations for the Vietnam War whereas Reagans’ FIRST act in office was on their behalf). I’ve never for one minute regretted having voted for Perot; but for the Dems having nominated Gore and Kerry, I’d have gladly voted for someone like Gen. Wesley Clark instead of Bush the Younger.

NWO Sock Puppets is an accurate description

The Bush Family has long ties to George Soros, too. Soros and Bush 41 were both in GOPe run Carlyle Group...and Soros bought an oil company from Bush 43

Their Soros ties are enough to stay away from Jebbediah in 2016

I’m glad some people are waking up to this. It was obvious that neither Bush 43 or Bush 41 were loyal to conservative ideas. I swear Reagan must have been coerced some how to pick Bush as his running mate.

Reagan’s only (but monumental) mistake in selection Bush as VP. The Bushes gave us 8 years of Clinton and 8 years of Obama and a supreme court that has and will continue to change our nation for all time.

If Jeb is in the primaries for some reason, this is a great picture and event to hammer him with. Can say he must agree with Hillary that Benghazi doesn’t matter. A smart conservative republican could ruin him with this.

I’m beginning to believe there is a level of intertwined corruption on a level most people couldn’t even imagine.

She's no fan of Sarah Palin. Giving an interview to Larry King in Nov. 2010, when asked bout Gov. Palin, Barbara said, "I sat next to her once, thought she was beautiful and I think she's very happy in Alaska — and I hope she'll stay there."

During the same interview when commenting on the Tea Party, George said, "they're all right" and some of their ideas make sense, but he's a bit confused by what the Tea Party really is or how members fit in "to get Republicans in Congress to do something."
