This guy is clearly mentally ill.
Here is my question: If body modification via plastic surgery (gender reassignment surgery) is considered a cure to gender identity disorder, why isn't body modification via plastic surgery considered a cure to body dysmorphic disorder?
At what point will liberal organizations such as universities provide plastic surgery as part of their coverage for effeminate gay men suffering from body dysmorphic disorder?

"I don't have body dysmorphic disorder. True body dysmorphic disorder [sufferers] ... are people who have an unrealistic vision of what they look like. When they look in the mirror, they don't see what other people see. And I think my vision is very clear." Uh, if you were rational and realized what all this surgery has made your face look like--you would stop.

Moved to Chicago to be "nearer his new husband."
Why is this no surprise?
How is it we correctly suspect his sexual leanings sight unseen?
Is it, perhaps, that homosexuality for Ken is, at least, an elaborate emotional structure, a house of cards in need of continuous maintenance, designed to protect his obsessive narcissism and onanism?

He hopes the latter designation will help him turn his experience into a profitable business to help fund the habit that's cost him $165,000 so far. When he hits 40, he'll be ready for Cenegenics and the $1000+/month in supplements.
