The tax day events of 2009 was the beginning. There was no hint of tea party organization or movement during the 2008 primaries.

Maybe not around you, but there was plenty around us, and it all started from the organizational activities from the McCain amnesty opposition, and the summer of discontent a year later in 2008 when we went after the Town Hall meetings of congress people. Too bad you came in much later, but welcome.
