The chapter was already in trouble, and had just gotten off suspension in December (I read this in another story). They were still on “social suspension,” which means they weren’t supposed to be having a party, which doesn’t make sense to me because how are they supposed to Rush without parties?
(Disclosure: This was my Frat in college, different chapter in MI. I was surprised to hear ASU still had one.)
When I first hear this story this morning, my initial reaction was “SAE in dutch again?” Was just a little surprised to hear it was the Tekes. Sigh.
And I opened the thread fully expecting it to be a Pi Kappa Alpha chapter. I think my chapter was on suspension more than we were off it. :)
