BS. Russian Navy flag is a St.Andrew’s cross, AF is white-blue and land forces - all-red (no hummer and sickle as Soviets had).

As for an anthem, what exactly was wrong with a Soviet music? Yeltsin’s Imperial “God, save the Czar” made no sense at all, because Czar has long gone.
