It’ll start raining soon enough. For now, I’m enjoying the beautiful weather.
Maybe the Easter Bunny will bring you a scientific report... signed and Certified by the Tooth Fairy... with the real scientific proof that the largest scam ever played out on mankind is real.
shhhhh (you’re off message)
Yes and they countered the dry weather by instituting irrigation systems... bringing in water from the Mountains and creating fertile land and reservoirs of water where there once was only desert... but the leftist eco-terrorists in californicate sued and stopped this practice... so as to save the lives of imported minnows and darter snails.
“Deniers”?
Please specify what you mean by “Deniers”.
Amen.
Love those little doughnuts up there. Yes, it was Hewell’s show that brung us.
Are you equating skepticism about global warming with denying the Holocaust?
The song was right, It doesnt rain in southern California.
Hey, Cali lawmakers. Make High Pressure illegal in the state and it’ll go away.
Isn’t that the way they all think?
Rove’s weather machine, trying to decimate a blue state?
HA!! Most people can't remember from one DAY to the next....
...it was gorgeous in my neck of the woods (the Southeast) this weekend. 60-ish, or 15 degrees or so above normal. A fine January thaw, but there was much babble and concern on the news about Global Warming.
Last night, it snowed. An inch or two, but around here that's like the next ice age. Temps are 15 degrees or so below normal, and will be like this for the next week or so. The news says "Hey, lookit the snow! Lookit the cold! Isn't winter GREAT!?"
That would make to much sense, you expect way to much from our brain dead politicians.
The blocking high pressure ridge in the west and a trough in the plains is guiding polar air through the Great Lakes region and into the northern half of the Atlantic coast. Brian Fuchs has an opinion that the longer it stays the more entrenched it will become and California remains parched.
If the ridge is self reinforcing what does it mean long term for the area east of the northern Great Plains? The BBC is suddenly talking about the relevance of a quiet sun and climate. Are they holding anything back?

The snow cover over the US. reminds one of mapping of previous glacial extent. All it would require is persistent conditions long enough and a cooling trend.
My doggies would love that! They have been bugging me for a treat for the past couple of hours......
