Quinn and Rose are off the air, (temporarily, I hope!) Gone, but DEFINITELY not forgotten! Meanwhile, our friendly group of dedicated FReeper Q&R fans will meet in our usual spot - same time, same station - as we always have! So grab your coffee - or whatever you choose to start your day - and drop in for some political chit-chat, or just to shoot the breeze! We are all coming from - or going to - work, but we all stop in to say hi! Feel free to join us!
Thanks p6. That’s encouraging. We bought ourselves a small (6x8) greenhouse for Christmas and we’re buying a water catchment barrel at Sam’s Club on Saturday. We’re looking at seeds and dreaming of gardening already!
It would be cool if FOX itself would pack up and move its entire operation out of NY. However, I think Roger Ailes might prefer NYC, and enjoy looking down on his FOX conglomerate, from some residence overlooking Rockefeller Center. :)
No kidding? FReepers are so cutting edge on info. Thx.
This must mean Sean has had this idea of moving for some time, which is understandable, and used his Coumo outrage to cap off the announcement.
Thx. Rita
-3 in the hinterlands ... fer real ... no clue what the win’chill is.
too col’ to pronounce the “d”
I wonder if Sean will end up joining Glenn Beck on the Blaze? Yesterday Glenn said that Sean tweeted something in support of the network, and I believe he and Levin are joining Beck on some sort of event this summer.
Well that give me HOPE!!! Bastardi is still saying PolarVortex cold thru SUPER Bowl, but BOTH thought could be correct as we (generally) don’t get the eastcoast/nor’easter type patterns due to being west of the Allegheny Plateau.
Fingers crossed:)
I was listening to Hannity on the way home yesterday - to see if he would discuss leaving NY. He said he’s thought about it for a while, since taxes were so high and that Cuomo was the last straw. He has contractural obligations through 2016, so he can’t leave until then. He’s thinking of TX or FL. A caller said to call it “Escape from NY” and Sean loved that. I hope he goes to Texas, because they are being taken over by the liberals, slowly & surely. I wish I could pack up & move to Texas too.
Hannity does not want to get into the same predicament as Conan O’Brien, moving a bunch of loyal staffers and assistants across the country, only to have his show canceled soon after. I think he’ll likely seek a long-term extension before moving.
Even though Sean voices some preferance for moving to Florida, over Texas, they could connect in some manner if they wanted, via technology. I don’t suppose Sean indicated he would separate from FOX, in his move out comment?
