Cisneros would not comment about any past incidents possibly involving the woman. He said she told him someone had shot at her but missed about two months ago. He said she filed a report about the incident with police...Please Not a target,right,2 months go by and the 2nd attempt to kill her this time is successful.Coming from Honduras,might well be MS-13. ..Their story she is a good girl to me does not add up.

My read: drugs. It’s all about drugs. There is just TOO much money in them...and the USA folks are the biggest customers. The drug business won’t abate until the markets dry up. I don’t see THAT happening very soon. Do you? (Rhetorical.)
