I really did not make this up. I am not in the habit of posting fake stories. You need to look at the times things occurred. It was on when the story was first posted. Then around 8 p.m. CST there was a stay between/during the 5th Circuit ruling and the Supreme Court appeal, which then was rejected (at about 11:30 p.m.) thank heavens. So it was on again.
Oh, I figured the USA Today story was altered/updated after the link was posted. Maybe after you posted your first message, too.
