Quinn and Rose are off the air, (temporarily, I hope!) Gone, but DEFINITELY not forgotten! Meanwhile, our friendly group of dedicated FReeper Q&R fans will meet in our usual spot - same time, same station - as we always have! Looks like Bastardi was right about a couple of very cold days early next week. Then it should warm up and the worst may well be over.

No delays this am...but had fire whistles like crazy; a contained house fire and some road conditions type accidents...yinz all be careful!
So the polar vortex 2.0 is still ready to dip south; but now (just like Tuesday’s surprise nor’easter) the pattern is “right” for a similar storm ..this one MAY dip further south and the energy stay further west inland—Us!!!)this would be LATE Sunday into Monday or during the day Mon (this from an accuweather guy on Twitter who posted early about the the Tues BIG STORM).
Quinn must be enjoying sleeping in...NO tweets yet today (but he did tweet yesterday and a couple of us FR Q/R thread regulars DID comment, but he doesn’t respond back it seems to anyone who isnt adversarial.).
That Sunday into Monday cold is what Joe Bastardi was talking about. Tuesday here could be a high less than ten. Then a couple of days in the teens and twenties. Should be 48 by the weekend.
Accuweather has pretty much the same forecast.
The difference between the two forecasts is AccuRayno is saying another BIG snow storm (but this time it could be us—RustBelt—that get it). I don’t think ill complain about it being too humid/hot this summer...
Quinn HAS tweeted (about ObamaCare loss of ins coming to employer plan insurees). You can just read his posts in his voice and know it must be killing him NOT to have a microphone.
Did anyone get a strange e-mail from the warroom yeserday?
I got one that says my subscription to warroom.com will expire in January of 1970! They want you to click on a link to update your information.
I thought it was a bit suspicious. I did subscribe for about a year perhaps 5 or 6 years ago, but I let it lapse.
Wow...that sounds odd. Maybe message Quinn (privately) on Twitter and alert him...sounds like they have been hacked (or compromised in some way). Sounds like a phishing scheme:(
