2014 is shaping up to be a horrible year for drug warriors.

It might even be worse than 2013, lol!

So, is he in favor of ending the war on the unborn??

Apparently, yes!

Christie is too much about Christie. Just like his pal Obama.

he knows the only way to win, is join em. I'd rather lose.

Take the red pill and you'll never have to be concerned with Democrat scandals again.

Which one should a drug warrior take to feel better about reduced jobs and pensions as the drug war collapses?

I am not a big Christie fan, but honestly I have never seen this particular issue as a conservative vs liberal issue anyway.

As conservatives are we not usually arguing against government intervention into peoples lives?

Honestly I don’t care what people do in the privacy of their homes.

Now I could understand some common sense regulation of drugs used in public, driving, ect. But within your home... the government should butt out. (and I don’t do drugs by the way)

drug use does not stay in the home

it comes out every day and goes to work

you want your kids doctor or teacher or bus driver to be a pothead? how about the mechanic who fixes your brakes? your airline pilot? your pediatrician maybe. after all what they do in their home is none of the govt’s business. it’s all harmless, just like a cocktail.

it goes to school and to the streets to find more money to buy drugs

drug addiction- sought by the people who sell drugs, keeps their consumer base- the younger they cultivate their customers, the better

and once weed stops giving the desired buzz, well then there’s other stuff, with ever bigger thrills. Not for everyone, but for a lot more then ever before.

now incest - there’s a vice that stays in the home
shouldn’t be the government’s business, right?

Honestly I don’t care what people do in the privacy of their homes.

The mantra of a liberal. It applies to drugs, porn, abortion, queer-sex and a whole host of other liberal agendas. If you don't care what they do in the privacy of their own homes, then don't complain when they take their disgusting and perverted habits into the streets. And our schools. And don't complain when your business gets shut down by the State simply because you refused to bake a wedding cake for Adam and Steve. And it all begins at home.

No, my friend. What they do in the privacy of their own home is our business.

so you are advocating for a larger more intrusive government?

Sorry we just disagree. In my opinion whenever the governments power expands freedom contracts.

Show me where in the constitution the federal government has the power to tell people what they can eat, drink, or smoke?

quote “drug use does not stay in the home, it comes out every day and goes to work”

the same could be said of alcohol... are you also advocating for prohibition ?

In my opinion whenever the power of the federal government expands, freedom contracts. And I will always stand on the side of freedom.

because here will no longer be drug crime and cartels in Colorado right

The mafia survived the end of prohibition, too. Only it was much, much, much richer and better capitalized by then.

Legalize the crap and tax it. Taxes are the surest way to put anything out of business.

he is right about needing to end the War on Drugs.

There is no war on drugs any more than there is a war on terror. There is entirely too much money involved for the corrupt government and bankers to not want their share.

We continually warn people to look at socialized healthcare and tell them it has failed everywhere it has been tried, well so has legalizing drugs.

If they legalize drugs it will become a war on working taxpayers.
