I already had my Subway on the list of places I wouldn’t eat at if I was starving. They ran a series of ads in Europe after 9-11 that were very un-American. As I recall it involved a giant burger pushing down the twin towers or something like that. No surprise here.

In this day and age of ever present “frustration”, one develops a keen sense on how to vent, snark and sarcasm are sharp weapons...truth be told though, I am getting a bit tired of “venting” and the list of “don’t patronize” is getting longer by the day...what a marathon this is turning out to be...

We quit going over a year ago. Walked in one day and there was absolutely no one in the place, including the employees, who had English as a first language. Felt like I was in Mexico. Quit going to Sonic for the same reason. When the person on the other end of the speaker I order on and I can’t understand one another, it’s time to move on. So we just go to Quiznos or CFA. Always dependable and thus far always English.
