I'm not surprised the two S.O.B. have been identified and one captured. Whenever a high profile crime occurs in the French Quarter or Up Town it usually always solved. I believe the NOPD literally cracks heads open until it is solved.

They ALL should be charged with attempted Murder... many more whites were attacked in the French Quarter last night, according to WLOX TV.
