In areas where the bags are already banned, they charge $.10 or $.25 for a paper bag. That charge is sure to rise, and before you can turn around, they'll be charging a dollar or more for something that was once free.

People are just going to say, "No bag - I ain't paying", and roll the cart with loose cargo out the door of Walmart.............shoplifting will increase threefold, for sure.
