Federal prosecutors digging into the George Washington Bridge lane closure scandal have issued subpoenas to Gov. Chris Christie’s re-election campaign and the state Republican Party as the widening probe into allegations that the governor’s office abused its power gathers steam.
The subpoenas seek documents related to the September lane closures in Fort Lee, said Mark Sheridan, a lawyer representing the Christie for Governor organization and the Republican State Committee.

Meanwhile the mainstream press is doing their best to help Wendy Davis in Texas. And, of course, the media is all in to make Obamacare look successful and make the economy look healthy.

If only they cared about IRS, Bengazi, and other staff that Obama has done would be nice. This is such a waste of time and money. I would imagine the average American could care less about this. Oh sure maybe the first day it was somewhat fascinating but two weeks later…big deal.

That would be 100% on the mark if you added “if you want to get something done”. These guys have no intention of causing any controversy that will result in the POS being hauled out of the whitehut because they don’t want to lose in trial in the Senate which would bring media blowback. No, Bonehead plans to just rock along till the election, hope they hold the house and perhaps get the Senate thrugh some stroke of luck but whatever, he just wants those K street funds rolling in.
Yep, the feds will go all out to prove who’s responsible for a traffic jam, while doing nothing about the NSA, IRS, F&F, Benghazi, Solyndra, the Black Panthers and on and on. Remember the pal of one of the Boston bombers getting wacked in MD. nothing ever came of that. There is no more rule of law, if the powers in control don’t like you they go after you. Take loudmouth Cuomo, if your against gay marriage, abortion and gun control get out of NY.
I would bet there would be some kind of media freezy about this around the super bowl especially if there is any snow or even one car delayed on getting into the parking lot. I can see it now: hello there, I see you are waiting at this check point with the closed lanes, do you think Christie or some other republican caused this delay?

That is actually pretty good advice. Got to give credit where it is due.
The US Attorney in NJ is a long time dem pol with a Napoleonic complex (short and arrogant) has a history of over indicting and looks for high profile convictions.
Eric Holder is an out of control pathetic joke.
I don’t care for Christie but, Holder is just using this to make news.

Rename the George Washington Bridge as the Chappaquiddick Bridge. The media wouldn’t mention it again. Christie could become the Lion of the Senate.
It might not go anywhere, but in the meantime, Christie’s name is being smeared so there is NO chance of him running in 2016. This is the way it is with all R’s that have half of a mind of their own...but its just fine with everyone that Hilliary, and anyone else that IS guilty to keep on doing what they are doing, if this wasn’t the case, there would be a lot bigger outcry from the American people....and then maybe something would be done....
That’s just mean.
Some people do just fine with 1/2 a mind.
