As I said, for a father to get sole custody, let alone a non biological parent to get sole custody over a biological parent, the mother had to have been a train wreck during the divorce. Combine that with the fact they were BOTH lawyers, so could litigate if they wanted to virtually for free if they wanted to.... No way She can spin this in a way that makes her look good.

HJ: The eldest daughter was 23, hence no custody.

The youngest daughter was 17 and expressed a preference to live with her father; in many states, children over 14 are allowed to choose their custodial parent.

I'd prefer to attack her over her stories about how her tuition was paid for, and the fact that, despite her 'poor single mother' story, Wendy Davis is an example of "behind every successful woman is a good man," and not a winning story for feminists.
