KABUL, Jan 25 (Reuters) - President Hamid Karzai appeared to stiffen his resolve on Saturday not to sign a security pact with Washington, saying the United States should leave Afghanistan unless it could restart peace talks with the Taliban.

The US is the reason they have any government
The US has been defending the nation and its people.
The US should tell Karsai what we will and will not do.
The tail (Karsai’s government) has been in control of US actions long enough - it has been wagging the dog.
It seems by keeping our US tail between our legs the US has become neutered.
