Congress has shown itself to be toothless. There are no consequences for Obama to refuse or simply stall or ignore Congressional subpoenas.
Pretty sure there’s been no concerted effort on the part of the white house and the “lyin’ king” to have these people ignore such requests. Maybe just an implied hint/suggestion maybe. NOT!
Why should they comply? Nothing will be done if they don’t. I wouldn’t either if I were the EPA.
