Free Speech: The IRS scandal is not only not over but is getting worse, with a call by New York's senior senator for the already-politicized agency to use its power to tax to destroy the conservative grass-roots movement.
Arguing that the Supreme Court's 2010 Citizens United decision allowed Tea Party groups to "funnel millions of undisclosed dollars into campaigns with ads that distort the truth and attack government," Charles Schumer wants the IRS and other government agencies to take on the Tea Party through their administrative powers.
"It is clear that we will not pass anything legislatively as long as the House of Representatives is in Republican control, but there are many things that can be done administratively by the IRS and other government agencies," Schumer said in a speech before the leftist think tank Center for American Progress.
Calling for the IRS to use its powers to resume war on the First Amendment and free speech he doesn't like in the hopes of electing more Democrats, Schumer said: "We must redouble those efforts immediately."
Schumer was the author of the 2010 Disclose Act that failed to make it through Congress but would have required the disclosure of corporate donors to tax-exempt organizations, and membership and donor lists of the groups running "issue" ads.
"The bill was designed to embarrass companies," Schumer admitted, and its "deterrent effect should not be underestimated."

Here he is trying to use the government he was elected to to keep the other side from producing any evidence against the democrats. He wants to use the IRS and other government agencies to suppress the Republicans. Read it for yourself. Then make a decision of which side is playing fair.

Schemer should be high up on everyone’s list when the SHTF.
Is that what the IRS is supposed to be used for? A tool for the commie and Nazi DemocRATS to harass, intimidate and threaten the DemocRATS’ political opponents? Unreal. America sure has gone to hell rapidly. I never dreamed it could happen this quickly.
Boehner should call for Schumer’s censure in the House and McConnell should call for censure in the Senate. Schumer should have an ethics probe with a remark like that.
Think any of that will actually happen?
Those of Tea Party mind would do well to organize without any reliance upon 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 status. Don’t wait for the IRS to recognize status, as they have a direct, vested interest in growing themselves and their enablers. It’s time for the ingenuity of our forefathers, along with prayer and repentance toward our gracious Creator, to turn things around.

I just watched today’s “Newsbusted” video on Newsbusters.org, and Jodi Miller pointed out that the last time the government took on a Tea Party (in the 1770s), it didn’t go well.
His continuing re-election strongly suggests massive demonrat election fraud.
How is that not an impeachable offense?
