I would not call that a firecracker. That is closer to dynamite.
He can still do it once more with the other hand. Then he won’t be able to do it again.
When I was a kid (it was so long ago, they sold M-80’s and Cherry Bombs to kids like me), I had a LOT of fun with Cherry Bombs and a Wrist-Rocket Slingshot. Luckily, I never ran across a Cherry-Bomb with a fast fuse.
That happened often enough with Black-Cats, but they were not big enough to blow off any fingers. It would numb them instantly and leave them sore for many days afterward, though.
