I’m done with the GOP....but I don’t know where to go.

Hang in there, we are slowly winning this thing. But like any war, the future looks bleak and it often appears everything is lost after single battles. Look at how many high ranking Republicans have to fight for the chance to run again for their seats again this year. We won’t win all the primaries, we might not even win most, but we are getting their attention, and we are encouraging the conservatives in office. At least that is my take on this situation.

I’m just voting “candidate.”
I’m still taking the GOP ballot in my state.

“I’m done with the GOP....but I don’t know where to go.”

That’s the problem, isn’t it?

I left the GOP many years ago and registered as an independent. But that left me completely unable to influence the Republican Party in any way. So I re-joined the GOP last year in hopes that one more small voice, and one more primary vote, might actually help keep the party on the straight and narrow. But news like this is pretty damn dispiriting.
