“it is Republicans like this woman that makes me want to leave the decaying GOP.”

I used to love reading Peggy in the WSJ years ago. She started falling off the edge during GW’s second term and has gone over to the dark side. IIRC she admitted voting for Obummer in 2008. She likes to play an intellectual, but IMHO she’s far from it. Hopefully, she’ll wake up and see the light one day, but I doubt it - - I think she’s lived in Upper Manhattan and gone to too many cocktail parties there for far too long.

I have seen a trend as well. I used to subscribe to Forbes. After the old man died, Steve took over, it took about Three-Four years of Steve running Forbes when I finally gave up.

I am seeing the same going on with National Review.

It must be time for someone to come along and start their own new conservative publication. While I enjoy the WEB - Braitbart, FR, orther, - I need a piece of paper
